Brain and Word Lab
A small-group word study experience designed around both how students think and how words work.
Using morphology as an organizing framework, students explore how words are built, where they come from, and how meaning, spelling, and pronunciation connect. Explicit instruction in decoding and spelling is integrated with vocabulary, comprehension, and word structure—helping students see language as a system rather than a collection of rules to memorize.
Brain & Word Lab also helps students understand more about how they learn. Instruction incorporates metacognition, cognitive load, working memory, and learning strengths so students can become more deliberate and independent learners.

Brain & Word Lab is offered in small groups throughout the school year. Families can choose between a 12-week session or a school-year enrollment option for students who benefit from more sustained instruction.
12-Week Session — $1,500
Includes 24 hours of small-group instruction, materials, and ongoing progress monitoring.
School-Year Enrollment — billed monthly
For students who want continued instruction throughout the school year, enrollment is available on a school-year basis with tuition divided into monthly payments.
Rolling Enrollment
Students may join throughout the year as space becomes available. Groups are intentionally small and formed with attention to age, learning profile, and instructional fit. Sessions run when there is sufficient enrollment to create a productive small-group experience.
Families can choose the level of support that best fits their needs. Some families begin with one focused service, while others prefer a more comprehensive review and plan.
Comprehensive Different by Design Package —$750- $1,200
Includes review of neuropsychological and academic records, learning-profile synthesis, instructional fit analysis, home-support recommendations, school-based recommendations, a written plan, and a parent consultation.

Focused support for executive functioning, routines, regulation, and home systems.
Educational Consultation & Collaboration — $175–$225/hour
For school meetings, program decisions, advocacy support, and ongoing consultation.

For students who have received intervention but are not making expected progress.
